Personal information is manually provided by the user.

Automatically Collected Data
On creation of an account, a User ID is created which is tied to your user account. This ID is created automatically. This ID is sent alongside your session attendance and event feedback to allow us to track who those pieces of information are attributed to.
How We Use User Data
User data is collected to allow us to properly track attendance to Trucking Boot Camp events. The tracking process requires the attendee to submit their personal information and license numbers along with their session logs. This user data is a requirement to be able to submit session logs, thus it is a requirement to fully utilize the application.
This data is retained for at least 7 years by us or relevant third parties. This is required for accreditation purposes.
User contact data may be used to inform the user of important changes to the application or Trucking Boot Camp events.
Third Parties / SDKs
Trucking Boot Camp
The purpose of this app is to track attendance at Trucking Boot Camp events. As such, all user information will be provided to the Trucking Boot Camp Team.
CEU Institute
CEU Institute will retain collected user data for up to 7 year, as is required by state licensing agencies.
Sponsors and Speakers
Trucking Boot Camp may choose to share attendance records with some sponsors and speakers.

Data Retention
We keep collected data indefinitely to allow us and Trucking Boot Camp to review & audit previous events.
CEU Institute will retain user provided data for 7 years. This user provided data includes personal information along with session attendance information.
If a user wishes to revoke further data collection
They can delete the application from the device. Any in-app data will be deleted, and further no further session logs or feedback forms would be able to be submitted.
If a user wishes to delete their account
Within the app, on the profile tab, there is a button to allow the user to delete their account. This will delete all user information stored on Hypernova Studios' servers, and will no longer allow the user to login/access their account. This will not however remove data stored on Trucking Boot Camp or CEU Institute's servers. These records must be maintained for 7 years in accordance with state licensing agencies.
